Nathalie Kalbach | Brownstone | Foam Stamp
Inspired by the Stroll Through the Hood rubber stamp set, this foam stamp features a bold impression of a Brownstone row house. This classic style of architecture has stood the test of time, despite practically everything changing around it. Give your cards, canvases, mixed media projects, and art journal pages a place to call home. Interested in layering? This stamp is an inverse of the Brownstone rubber stamp design and of a very similar size - it can be used to create an offset print when used in unison.
These stamps are inspired by places and objects in Nathalie’s own neighborhood of Jersey City, as well as by her blog series Stroll Through the Hood. She gathers inspiration as she sketches and photographs on her strolls, and is attracted to the historic architecture, forgotten landmarks, and the street art that she passes along the way. These original hand sketched stamp designs are reminiscent of things you might find in towns and cities across the US.
This stamp measures approximately 3 ¼” w x 3 ¼” h
