A: All of our stamps are made to order! Keeping this in mind, your order will ship within 7-10 business days.

A: It will be shipped USPS first class mail or priority mail.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes, however: International shipping is becoming more expensive and less reliable. Once your package leaves our building, we are not liable or responsible for the length of time it takes to reach you. There is always the possibility that it will not reach you. We will send you a tracking number, which you can use to inquire with your local post office, but we cannot replace or refund your order if something happens to it in transit. Order internationally at your own risk.
Q: Since ArtFoamies is owned and operated by the same family as RubberMoon Art Stamps, can my ArtFoamies order be combined with my RubberMoon order?
A: Unfortunately, due to the specific way that ArtFoamies stamps must be packaged and shipped, we cannot combine shipping with any RubberMoon products. Thank you for your understanding!
Q: Is ArtFoamies an Angel company?
A: Yes we are! You have permission to use our images in creating handmade items for sale. You may sell your handmade items but must not claim the images as your own. Your items for sale must be handmade and not mechanically or mass produced. We appreciate credit to the artist and/or company. The copyrights of these images belong to ArtFoamies Stamp Company and may not be sold or redistributed in any form. You may not use our images for print on demand services such as Cafepress or Zazzle, etc. You may not sell or give these images as digital files or printed sheets. Please don't be a copycat. Respect the © copyright!
Q: Where can I purchase ArtFoamies stamps?
A: Of course you can purchase ArtFoamies stamps right here on our website, but there are many fine retailers that carry our products, too! Please check back later for a list of Retail Partners.
Q: How can I become a retail partner?
A: We love our retailers and invite you to partner with us! If you own a store and would like to sell ArtFoamies stamps, please contact us by e-mail at email@example.com or by phone at (314) 750-9975. Please note that we ask for a minimum opening order of $200 and a minimum re-order of $100, with a minimum quantity of 2 per design for all wholesale orders. Thank you!
Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
A: See also below for detailed return policy. We do not accept returns on stamps but if your product is defective, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. If there is another problem with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to make you a happy stamper! We strive to give amazing customer service!
Q: Can I cancel an order?
A: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, please note that there will be a 25% restocking fee.
