"Stampy Fishes" Frame  Hi everyone! It’s Emilie here with you today. I’m happy to share this frame showing off a scene of "Stampy Fishes".  Let me show you how fun and easy is this project to make.   I started to apply a generous among of watercolor on my cold press watercolor paper with a wide flat brush.  Then I wet my “Fine Vine” foam stamp with only water and stamped it on my shiny (still slightly wet) surface leaving the foam stamp on the paper while applying a light pressure for 10-15 seconds.    Kae Pea showed this technique...
